      We are currently in a transition period. Weapons and armor both are getting redone in the next overhaul that they are working on now. That said, yes, small stations and outposts are and should be more vulnerable than massive city state command posts. This has always been the case.

      It shouldn't have increased anything. It sounds like you've encountered a bug. Export a copy of the blueprint and send it in to the bug report phab site so that the devs can review it and see what and where the bug is so that they can fix it.

      Yeah, we need multiple fixes for stations, really. I'd give a kidney to have a shipyard for station building. We can design ships in shipyards all day long for "free", but we still need all of the blocks for a station up front.

      Not sure why we needed a PM to basically say "You can exploit cargo rules", but okay. :) So, we have a system in place that is supposed to stop unauthorized people from using it, but isn't perfect right now. It can be fixed, it needs to be fixed, and obviously at some point it will be fixed...

      Well, we already have mechanics in place to control who can and cannot transfer cargo. Seems like that should be re-usable in a "who is and is not allowed to dock to the command node" system.

      You can, yes. You can give it arguments to remove/replace any block IDs you want. So you could just tell it to remove all power/chambers/shields/etc and it would proceed to gut it down to the hull (careful if the build uses system blocks as decorative, because it will yank those out too)...

      Yup, I learned a long time ago, if I make something I REALLY like, I save a separate copy of the shell. Things change, and they're going to keep changing all the way up until we go to Beta, so its generally easier to redo systems from scratch than it is to re-juggle innards via retro-fitting.
