      It's called the ion effect. Either you can make a shops probability of spawning basically none, or you can make the base amount of credits in shops absolutely tiny. That'll mitigate this.

      Fixed Chat Whisper Bug

      In chat, when hovering over players names for a dropdown menu, there's an option for whisper. This used to enter "/whisper [<users name>]" into the chat box, and it no longer does so. I can't really imagine this is intentional, since the button is still there and the function still works.
