In 95% of all ships built, the designer has said to themself "Damn, that looks ugly" at least once and then rebuilt it.
I am currently in the 'ugly ship' stage myself, it's to flat. Needs greebling, maybe a turret or two.

All the votes that were allocated to FlyingDebris were then redistributed to the next choice of the individual voters.

I'm not sure about that. Didn't they just fix a bug about lighting on exterior surfaces? If they insert a hook into that code it would be mostly done already. This is beyond my depth in programming, tho.

ie. Cc with overdrive, hit a button and now it's Cc with Ion.
