Oh hey... some familiar faces.

I've just gotten this bug as well. It seems to have trouble loading some chunks, and when it can't load them it can't let the player spawn because it hasn't flagged 'complete' on spawning everything in.

I'm also running into this... as well as docked entities being set at odd angles when loading up the sector, normally like 10 degrees angled off of where they are supposed to be. I'll grab a screenshot next time it happens.
