Well as a general rule of thumb if you think your post risks sparking a flame war or causing unnecessary drama then just don't post it. Or re-write it in a way that would be acceptable. We're likely not going to start throwing out bans "left and right" unless someone just isn't getting the message.

To be or not to be, that is the question...

These laws only apply to governmental entities. For example, the state of Wyoming couldn't make a law about being nice to each other on the internet. However, since this site is a private venture the mods/administration can do whatever they want.

Define "drama" for me. I mean, if someone posts "we attacked X", does it automatically become drama? or is it a "depend on moderator's mood and the alignment of the planets" type thing?

So what is acceptable, what isn't?

Under ToS of using any forum, any MODERATED forum, the users basically forfeited their so called "freedom", and must obey the rules of the forum they are on. Just think "I am in someone else house, and here are the rules: We do not talk about xyz or you will be asked to leave"

Good forum post, without drama
RAF planes were much better than the German ones in WW2, Messcersmits we're good but paled in comparison to most Allied aircraft. German innovation was not as good.

Well, "being a forum warrior" could probably be rephrased/replaces with something along the lines of political slander/defamation/Causing disturbance within the faction/etc, along those lines.

Ships sucking is not really a good reason to declare war though, as that implies that you are attacking because they don't meet your standards, which can be taken as a declaration of restrictions in how you permit people to build.

I dunno, if you think politically there is a few ways you can go around. Could also just declar an attack based on internal opinion and vote for that matter, no need to get details as to why.

Yeah, I just asked to clear up a personal question.

If you looked now, you probably wouldn't find anything pertaining to much Drama, you'd have to go back and check multiple faction threads to see the extent of bullshitery that it has turned into in the past.
