I've spawned in ships before that were missing chunks and I have the occasional undo bug now and then... but nothing to this scale.

I've been running into some weird bugs like this too. I recently redid a portion of my engines and when I reloaded, parts of the previous engine overlapped it. One of my turrets also did this, even the blueprint was affected.

    I think there's a bug abound...

i too have had a few sections i deleted seemingly reappear in the last couple of days. but also not nearly as severe as OP.

were you copy and pasting alot? did you use alot of undo's? maybe you had some symmetries enabled and where unaware? (this has happened to me many times) i would strongly suspect symmetries, as the errors iv encountered have been with things that i had place and deleted (only to have it reappear later) but if your sure you didn't have symmetries and this happened, then that is rather worrying.

    btw, cool base :)

I did work with a lot of copy, past and symmetries. The point is I did not miss these parts, they were definitevly not there when I left the game. I had run into problems with pasting big parts a lot, I dont know if you had these to. When I would try to past a big part, the game would put several copys all over the station were I moved my mouse, which I then had to undo. I assumed these were problems with my mouse.

I allready deleted a complete station because of this, I did not make a picture then but what you see in the first post is harmless^^
