How to generate more power?

    I'm not sure if i'm just bad at the game or it's hard coded but i feel like there's an e/sec limit I have spent all day trying to find out how to generate more than 4000 e/sec but i just can't do it. has anyone surpassed this number?
    Also stabilization is not the answer i'm looking for i know it works but are there other ways?

    Stabilizers are the answer. A reactor will max-out at 4000 power (40 blocks) at 25% stabilization. To go beyond that, you must add stabilizers.

    Check out this video.

    I got multi-million e/sec. Before... That was cuz I made a 2million reactor group and at 100%stabilization

    so thats why my base isnt getting enough power ^^;
    dont forget to place the stablizers at a far place...but Also a Safe place...they are kinda easy to take out if not guarded well

    Impressive! That must have taken many, many stabilizers, because I built a 5-million-block, level 50 reactor once... trying to see whether it caps at L50 - it doesn't but even L50 is impossible for any practical purposes even on a station.

    The tooltip for L50 says it wants TEN MILLION (10,000,000) meters of distance for 100% stab block effect. At 1,500m my efficiency per stab block was still 0.0%. I dumped a few hundred thousand stab blocks at that distance and managed to hit about 80K power regen XD. So a level 50 reactor basically needs to span a whole star system to get any real value out of it. Maybe put the reactor on the edge of the system and hide the stabs inside the sun XD (I think I just imagined a super-station exploit; star-stabs. gonna have to test and report now...).

    2 million is not so bad, but still a huge reactor.

    Don't forget you can put stabilizer groups in 6 directions (front, back, left, right, top, bottom) which should significantly cut down the distance needed between them.

    Starbilizer confirmed. I think they need to build-prohibit the area around a star that takes damage.

    nope JW608 had this video:
    Fun! Yeah, I have flown right through stars as an evasion tactic before.

    I think they need to use the build inhibitor effect wherever star damage occurs. Really simple solution.

    Don't you take a tonne of damage? Or do you not care?

    Yeah, you totally do. At the time the alternative was far less promising and I was able to buy enough time to charge a jump when I cleared the heat zone on the other side.

    Seems like less damage now, actually - I did a very fast fly through last month in a rather small ship with no heat protection and only lost a couple chunks.
