Is G_VBO_BULKMODE_SIZE = 4 still used? Can it be modified for performance? If so, what?

Not sure how I would modify it, or if I even want to make changes.

Has anyone on the dock played around with it? Wonder if the cat man schema would have any tips regarding it.
