Considering I can no longer make posts because I posted one message in general saying "cock momple" I have been left with a negative impression of this discord server. I suggest that the people running the server appoint new admins and resign from moderating the server, preferably appoint admins who are not biased or are effected by any goings on in the discord server as to give each member equal footing, likewise these admins should follow the server rules and give out warnings or notify members of the discord who violate the rules.

I of course have no power to suggest these as I am hereby leaving the server despite enjoying looking at the "show-off" channel.

Before I finalise this post allow me to suggest something.
Do not get involved with any of the discord side drama as it makes you look extremely unprofessional and childish. Especially don't resort to reposting a picture quote as an answer to a post that requires an actual answer and acknowledgment to the subject in question and type under it "Want me to post the rest of the spam done?" as it seems you want to victimise yourself to gain sympathy from the starmade community, and in an attempt to spread negativity towards another discord server that has a similar function to your own, it is all very unprofessional and I have lost all respect for you and your discord server from a community point of view. (keep in mind this does not effect how I see you or anyone you are affiliated with from a player standpoint.)

I apologise if I may have taken anything out of context, this is just a post that can be considered as a suggestion.

I gotta say, i remember seeing all but the first message in that screenshot..and i very clearly remember being utterly annoyed, to the point i was getting ready to drop the server, because of the spam done.

Not saying he didn't do it. Probably did. But I know rimmer wasn't there alone, meaning there are muted parties that aren't appearing.

He did. Though i think i should have taken screenshots myself, i was to annoyed at the time and just muted everything so i didnt have to keep hearing it pop up messages.

TGKnight/Gray has stepped down from being owner of the discord server. The server had been deleted when he left, so the rest of the staff including myself are working on a new discord server. It will be up ASAP, under a new thread. (With links here)

Oh yeah, he did do it. The problem is that that is an extremely deceptive screenshot. It's hiding the enormous amount of messages posted by aesthetics and myself, and the fact that it's been screenshotted after we were banned, but before Rimmer was leaves very little to the imagination as to the intended use of that screenshot.

Today i had a dream about traveling throught time, when i woke up, the server and the moderator i was talking to dissapeared from my discord client lol, now i see that the server has been deleted and i didnt went to the past xDD

set notification settings to "only mentions" then you wont get a ton of beeps and boops unless it's addressed directly to you ( if people remember to ping you correctly)

To them it might have been a laugh, a childish inconsiderate to others laugh however. As i said, it irritated me pretty badly. I have to deal with people that act like that constantly in the real world, for 8 or more hours a day, i hate dealing it with it there, i dont enjoy seeing it in what i was lead to believe place that was decently free of that.

but it looks like it doesnt matter anymore, the server appears to be gone, and i didnt want to mute the server in the first place, i enjoy seeing what people are posting, and when crap like that starts getting posted it pisses me off.

That screenshot is intended to paint me in a bad light. It wasn't a raid. It wasn't intentionally attacking the server, and I sure as hell didn't want the server gone.

The CBS invasion line is one that's been used in so many places about so many different groups it's just dumb. Lots of Trident members in SMDChat? It's a Trident Invasion. Lots of Vaygr people in CBS discord? Vaygr invasion.

Stop acting like everything is so serious and malicious. Jokes happen. This exact same kinda crap has happened in the SMD chat. It's just what this community does. Everyone from back then remembers the Kraken and Adventure Train... Best of SMD chat (NUKES FIRED!!!) (GONE WRONG) (GONE SEXUAL!?!?!?!!!) ALMOST GOT AIDS

If you want a super serious starmade only discord where no fun is allowed, then create one. That's fine. But don't then dress it up as a discord for every member of the community with super lax rules.

This is not a war between different communities. StarMade is not big enough for that. Please stop with this whole "us vs them" crap. The people that shitpost on your discord are the same people that shitpost on Cake discord are the same people that shitpost here

Seems like some people cannot drop the "us vs them" mentality, and are usually completely refusing to see the problems from the other people's viewpoint. It's the same with PvP vs RP/Survival debates on various forums. The SM community in general seems to be very splintered and vocal about some things.

I basically got told to "deal with it or get off the server" for not being a competent PvP player, because god forbid I was trying to play Survival on an Open PvP server. And why did I try to do that? Because there are no actual PvE Survival servers with an active playerbase.
