Could you perhaps do something similar with the QueenBee? Both the cockpit and the wingy antenna bits are basically gone because of the black background.

The Chart is getting along very well. Needs some smaller ships to fill out the left side though.

Could you possibly do this for the Argo, I build my ships pretty dark for stealth reasons, plus i noticed the text was clipping a little

Also, what program are you using to get the pictures? i know you are using photoshop to put the entire thing together, I might make a similar chart with all my ships

It makes sense to build ships black until you realize that more often than not starmade space is full of really bright nebulas and being black means you stand out very sharply...
Also just realized that removing the front turrets meant that the Lansing was under 100m, am sprucing up the Arbor to take its place. (10 blocks longer). Sorry about that

EDIT: Here Jake, you can replace it with this, Arbor Yacht, 105m long.
I can just have the smaller guys on the smaller chart.

Now time to maybe think about working again on that 400+m kol...

Yay!!! If you want more to put up there you can do the midnight sun, and the nessun dorma, id put links for them both but my internet is so bad it wouldn't load!

This is very cool looking, great way to get some perspective for the game.
LordPizzaJunkie_Fleet_submission_1 my fleet from the contest (if you want to pick one ship only, I would say go for the frigate)

Also, this entire time I thought you were using the "Export as Model" to put them all in some software like CAD or Inventor or google sketchup, but then I read through the entire thread and you just take images and paste them on a black background.

Sometimes the simpler way is the better way.

you should take a screenshot of one in a black sector or use that mod jake is using and then post it here so he can use it like refi did.

Beautiful chart, love the effort you put in.

Apart from none of my ships being large enough for inclusion or close enough to call finished, the one thing that bugs me are the toppled buildings as a reference - any chance you might turn them upright, or maybe use bridges instead? ;)
Or since this is about space ships not space buildings... how about actually using ships as a more appropriate reference scale? The Titanic comes to mind as iconic, as do the Enterprise or Nimitz carriers, or the Seawise Giant/Knock Nevis. The ISS as a real 'space ship' might make an appropriate reference too, although it just barely qualifies for size.
