Yes. However once the faction officially and completely joins the server, said member will have to make room for the pantheon.

That will depend on a case-by-case basis. After all, cramming an infinite amount of ranks with each having individual permissions into just 5 ranks is ridiculous.

Those are actually under construction right now, since old Shogunate and Lazarus ships don't fit the new construction designs. We're building our own unique fleet.Ship pics please?
