    Please, test the combat worthiness of my craft! Pit it against your friends, your enemies, those dumb ai's. Be careful, the shields are an afterthought, you WILL need to repair it! Test this ship against those so called corvettes and frigates. If it can cause significant damage to them, then they have made some poor design choices. :p

    It is chock full of guns, of blinking lights, and apparently a small decoy rack which half the time you should immediately remove because it will destroy NFD build. 10 Entities on a rail? OH THE HUMANITY. Seriously? REMOVED FOR HUMANITY, dear god the lag :eek:

    It uses orange under-armor and tries to mitigate system damage that way.
    You should never lose computers in this ship, unless a titan sneezes on you. (last version a titan did, and the only thing left was the orange box (nickname for the computer space), so I removed some armor and put in more systems because that is overkill.

    Don't forget to make sure the AA turrets are active and the effects are on please. But yes, shoot it to hell. It is a lot of fun.

    This is a big, fat gunship, an up-scaled heavy fighter. It is built around a massive 2400 block cannon: cannon: punch system, with 4 outputs. Snaking powerlines and cannon blocks and armor plating in the front prevented me from making a hallway from the core room to the cockpits, and had to make use of the new teleporter system. Sorry, but it is built for combat first!

    Secondary equipments include a Dual Setup Ventral Launched missiles (1 per time, 2 tubes, click twice), decoy missiles to assist the missiles in hitting target, shield drain beams, primitive second generation logic warp drive, and a simple chaff system. Also comes with the vital pierce and puncture defensive effects, and 3 Point Defense Turrets.

    Project goal: Make a RP dropship that can carry my warhog, marines, and provide fire support to troops on the ground.
    What I got: A frickin fighter with a potbelly.

    Plenty of display screens on the inside telling you more about the ship itself, if you want you can remove them and replace them with orange advanced armor or shield caps.

    Feel free to make modifications! Swap out Weapons, armors, effects, add wings, guns, drone racks, engines, whatever! I want to see what you can do!
    There are 2 good potential hard-points to add weapons like these btw, they just didn't make the final cut of the craft.

    I have a half finished interior version with no systems and just rooms, slightly inspired from the SW:Rebels 'Ghost' that I should probably finish up eventually... now what sector did I leave that in? :/
    Is it ok if i retexture its armor to make it look like a Kytech ship?(I like the Kytech style is all)

    This ship has everything you'd need in a fighter. Its very good for its size.

    It's a bit bigger than the typical fighter, but it still preforms like one with the maneuverability and close range front facing guns hence the "strike craft" role it has been given. :)

    It took about 20 minutes for my shields to go down 30% vs. 5 enemy fighters, and a pirate station. Very nice ship

    It is designed to be a Murdererizer. Fly it like an A-10, it has the cannons and the armor to fulfill the heavy hitter role. It should be able to have the armor bar to shrug off a few seconds of Titan fire (thanks for the field test Comr4de!), and the shields are crap for a ship of its size (because space needed to be made for internal armor, and lots was already filled with guns).

    How was the suitability of the ship down to the 50% systems mark? Both the defensive effects for the armor should keep you alive far longer than your shields.

    Really it is not fair to test anything against the default starmade pirates or stations, because they are of suck. :P

    Maybe I should release an AI drone/pirate version for people who want harder pirates... hmmm...

    What did you think of the guns, the weapons, and the survivability when under fire? How long could you fight until your systems dropped below 50%?
