The SFW. Crosswind is a new breed of ship, and one of the first currently receiving trails in the SFW "Smart Ship" program. In later releases (pending the new StarMade release) she will feature logic systems for all ship-board functions to allow for maximum crew effectiveness.
For now, she remains a highly effective system patrol ship. Designed for fast scouting and neutralizing highly dispersed threats. The Crosswind class features a luxurious interior including maximal crew accommodations, gravity elevators, and a high efficiency bridge. Additionally she is complimented by resilient shielding for her class, a maximal thrust to mass ratio, and sports a substantial point defense system and frontal cannon array. This versatile craft is sure to be an effective addition to any fleet.
