A very well created "early-age" ship, with well-thought design, tons of eye candy to enjoy and excellent lore. Excellent work as always, Lord Daro!!!

The hull while complex in shape is pretty boring, the interior is too plain, plus with this mass and stats it is aat max a corvette... Cruisers are usually 300-500m long and half-a-million mass units weight (of course there are some extreme designs built for efficiency and weighting far less, but this is not the case).

But a good ship for one of the first uploads. Keep up the good work. Try using more decorative blocks and making walls less flat ;-) Explore some other people progects for tips on exterior and interior (personally would recommend Darknassius, Tech-Priest, Nocturna and other top builders, not someone like me xD ). Explore porn themes (YES I KNOW how it sounds; especially engine porn and interior porn) on forums, all experts on building converge there. Learn and you will become one of top tier builders yourself, you have what it takes, just it seems not much experience...

I'm a big fan of the show and this ship look gorgeous, although my favorite are the mark II. People go crazy on Titans, but there's a lot of fun on small ships too. You wont win pvp with em, but they are more (overall) friendly to single player and the new players. Again, great build. Wish someone would make a Battle-star, maybe the Pegasus to pair with this one.

I'm glad you like the ship. Unfortunately, it doesn't have Interior yet, so I hope to be able to update this as soon as possible. :P

Looks pretty nice, but it's a freighter, not a cruiser, at least according to a hull shape.

This is a great proof of concept of a modular ship. You could easily use the "outer shell" module as the basis for interchangeable cargo/passenger pods including variants offering turrets. The only thing you need to worry about is making sure that the core module is sufficient to power every variant you need.

Thanks for the reply! I’m am nearly finished with another modular ship and I will be uploading it. I had not considered what you said and I’ll build the new one with this in mind!

Interesting vessel. I take it you like the thruster plumes, and that's why you left the engines as they are, I would try to improve them somewhat.
By the way, you don't need an extra reactor unless you want the redundancy for survivability, you can set up both chamber trees on one reactor, and you can swap between them by reverting/specifying the base chamber you like, you can even leave the rest set up as you desire (at the cost of having to recharge everything after)
P.s. I'm pretty sure that's one of my builds in the last screenshot's background, so I kinda felt compelled to try yours after seeing it ; )

p.s. I often build with a friend and he likes several of your builds, so good catch. Though it wasn't intentional to have another ship in the picture. Let me know if you would like me to remove it.

I have absolute zero knowledge of this game/manga lore, but nonetheless, Its a miracle that you where able to obtain such an interesting vessel with so little blocks. It's awesome. congrats!

I love this little ship. It reminds me a lot of the Homeworld small ship style.

You should build more of those to form a fighter wing with different roles =) Maybe a fleet submission.

My only obs is actually against Starmade glass/crystal blocks transparency. When using the heptas, tetras and corners it gets messed up. In bigger ships I usually avoid those, but on the small vessels canopy's there's nothing we can do.

Wel, it is really based on a Kushan fighter from HW1. I liked the design and decided to try something asymmetric.

As for roles... Well, actually I was thinking about multiple editions of I-1 to fit different roles, but then Noc got me, and I sank in Warhammer style really deep... But the idea is actually pretty good. Althoug the ship is really cramped and not much can be stuffed inside. Will try though.

Giving this one a rating but it applies to all your builds. Consistent, realistic style with a focus on industrial functionality. I love industrial themed ships with a well thought out and designed purpose behind them, makes them come to life when you can see how they should work. I wish I could achieve such a level of consistency across builds, it must be nice to have more then two ships that fit so well together.
ps, think you should put all your ships in a fleet scenario and post us some nice screenshots.

Wow awesome review! I really appreciate how thought out and constructive this review was. Things like this motivate me to not only to finish this npc faction but to push myself further on each build. Thanks for the review!

ps, I do have one pic in my shipyard that has a fleet warping in if you like to see that. I will be taking more pictures of fleets in the near future. ~ https://starmadedock.net/threads/muffin_man17s-shipyard.31114/
