Sorry, no 5 star for you
I'd say the ship is a prefab of something glorious, but still only a prefab. Throw in some detailing (pipes, girders and other decorative stuff are pretty cheap and won't break the "first-day ship" rule, plus you can use SLABS for even simpler decorations). Otherwise she's really well done.
Add some more detail and everybody will be honoured to have such a yacht ;-)
