The Work-in-progress Akula siege Dreadnought is more of a tourist attraction than a warship at the moment. The exterior is completed but the internal decks and systems are largely unfinished. No turrets are attached at the moment.
This is an old design. The over-abundance of internal decking in the fore half of the ship makes it very much under-strength for it's bulk, it has many turret docks though, and could easily be converted into a competent warship.
