New User Interface

To those all reading, I have created a new user interface but this is a concept and not a reality. Only way to make it possible, is by getting the help from everyone, on their opinions and ideas. Somethings in the concept art aren't on the launcher we use today, and somethings are missing cause I was too lazy to do everything.

I would like a new look for the launcher. I would like it if it matches the theme we have on the site. Even the subreddit has been altered to reflect the theme the web developers seem to be making.
