When the game loads, there is a brief point where I can only see the entity markers of undocked objects. Then everyting loads normally
When pirate waves arrive, no ship is visible. The entity marker is. The pirates are incapable of attacking, blocking shots, and anything besides moving around (at top speed apparently)
When I travel into other sectors (those not loading when I log into SP) no entities load at all. When I returned to the sectors that had loaded, nothing was there, except the entity markers for the parent objects (nothing docked).
Shutting down SP and restarting "fixed" the problem, everything in those sectors was reloaded.
