As I understand the mechanics, you can't drag a planet with you because you can't actually dock a planet to anything. You can dock things to a planet, but not vice-verse. The planet would be the "master" (or the entity to which everything else is connected to), and therefore the only entity...
I've updated my server to it. We're currently trying to wrap our heads around the new weapons systems.
Of note: shields will now continuously recharge in the middle of combat. This really throws the balance off, since now you can spam shield blocks again to get theoretically infinite...
In practice, this would mean you can hear your own weapons, engines, etc., but not anyone else\'s until their weapons-fire hit you, right? I sure hope that\'s where you\'re trying to go with that.
I\'d sure love to have Firefly-esque gameplay.
So given the same number of blocks, fewer larger arrays will be more power-efficient than multiple smaller arrays? This sounds like a large step in the right direction. =)
